Absolutely. You do not need to be able to touch your toes to practice yoga. Yoga is as much about building strength and learning how to relax as it increasing your level of flexibility/ mobility. All of these things will come with time and practice.

A yoga mat, comfortable clothing and a water bottle. I can assist in the purchase of any mats when required.

I recommend the 6 Week Online Yoga Basics course to start your your practice. You can then transition over to the weekly online live yoga classes to keep up your practice.

I am a Registered Yoga Teacher, accredited and fully insured by Yoga Alliance Professionals. I am also trained in emergency first aid.

It is completely up to you whether you turn your camera on or not. You may wish to leave your camera on to bring about a community feeling or you may wish to leave your camera off to fully switch off and get into the zone.

We will discuss your yoga goals, this may include; improved fitness, flexibility, rehabilitation after injury or surgery, relaxation or learning mindfulness techniques to help with anxiety or depression. Perhaps you take part in other sports and feel that yoga would help improve or compliment this activity or perhaps you would like to build your confidence before attending group yoga classes. We can discuss any medical conditions or injuries. We may discuss particular areas of the body where you would like your yoga practice to focus on, or perhaps you would like to focus solely on meditation and mindfulness. I will then go away and draw up a personalised plan based on this discussion.

Sure, private tuition can be 1:1, 1:2 or small groups. The price would be split between you.

Classes can be carried out online via Zoom or in person at your home or in a hired space. There just needs to be enough room to lay out your yoga mat, perhaps in a lounge, spare room or out in the garden (weather permitting!)

Unlike medical treatment which addresses primarily the physical injury, yoga can help to alleviate the mental and emotional stress surrounding the injury, stimulating the body’s natural healing mechanisms while gently bringing range of motion, function, strength and flexibility into the affected body part. We will work together at your own pace, and adapt movements for your individual needs.

Classes can be scheduled before or after work or during lunch hours. Consider the culture of your business. Classes can run for 30, 45 or 60 minutes.

Classes with an emphasis on relaxation and breathing exercises aimed to calm the mind and the nervous system as well as focused strengthening and stretching where your employees need it most. Back pain, neck and shoulder tension are common ailments seen in the workplace.

YES – Lessons are designed for all levels. No prior experience is necessary

Onsite classes are best held in conference rooms or meeting rooms.  I can advise if a room is suitable based on the number of attendees.
